The U.S. Women’s National Team will face Mexico on Thursday, April 5, at EverBank Field in Jacksonville, Fla. (7 p.m. ET; FS1) in the first of two April friendlies between the teams. The previously announced second leg will take place on Sunday, April 8, at BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston (12:30 CT; FOX). The matches will be previews of a possible meeting in CONCACAF Women’s World Cup qualifying that will be held this coming fall.

Tickets for the game in Houston go on sale to the public Wednesday, Feb. 14, at 10 a.m. CT through ussoccer.com and at the BBVA Compass Stadium ticket office (open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Groups of 20 or more can order directly at ussoccer.com.

The rematch is on for Kids vs Pro's presented by Arnold Palmer Hospital. This star-studded match, presented by Orlando Health's Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, will feature 100 kids, ages 8-10, vs. players from Orlando City and Orlando Pride for two 20 minute halves at Orlando City Stadium. Proceeds from the match will benefit the Orlando City Foundation.

The Purple Pride 5K presented by Orlando Health, SunPass, JetBlue and Publix returns for a 4th straight year with a start and finish taking place at Orlando City Stadium. This years' 5K course will feature a lap within Orlando City Stadium’s main concourse.

Irina Kovnacka Ashcraft, b. 1976 is an accomplished fine artist from Latvia, where she received her formal training and has been showing her paintings in numerous shows and galleries.
Irina came to Orlando, Florida, in 1999, and now makes her home here. She has since been presenting her work at several local and European galleries and art shows, including her one-woman art show at the Gallery on Cork Street in London, UK. Most notable, however, has been Irina's success as a prominent emerging fine artist on Sothebys.com between 1999 and 2003.

The U.S. Women’s National Team will open its 2018 schedule against 2017 UEFA Women’s Euro runners-up Denmark. The match will take place on Sunday, Jan. 21 at San Diego County Credit Union Stadium (formerly Qualcomm Stadium) and will kick-off at 1:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
The 2018 NWSL College Draft will take place on Thursday, January 18, at 10 a.m. ET at the United Soccer Coaches Convention in Philadelphia, the league announced.
The draft will open to the public and media and will be held in the CC Grand Ballroom at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. It will be live streamed with details to be announced at a later date.
